Terms & Conditions – Carrot Holidays
1. Scope of Services
The Company acts as a B2B Tour & Travel service provider offering tour packages, hotel bookings, transportation, visa assistance, and related travel services strictly for travel agents, tour operators, and corporate partners. These services are not intended for direct retail customers.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of full or partial payment, as specified in the quotation.
- Rates and services mentioned in the quotation are valid for the specified period only.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and are net B2B rates.
- Payments must be made within the agreed timeline.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in auto-cancellation of bookings without prior notice.
- Any bank charges, foreign exchange charges, or remittance fees shall be borne by the agent.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges vary depending on suppliers (hotels, airlines, transport providers, etc.).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges and service fees.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
- Refund timelines depend on supplier processing and may take 15–30 working days.
5. Amendments & Changes
- Any amendment to confirmed bookings (dates, names, services) is subject to availability and additional charges.
- The Company reserves the right to revise rates if changes are requested after confirmation.
6. Responsibilities of the Agent
- The agent is responsible for providing accurate passenger details (name, DOB, passport details, etc.).
- The agent must ensure that travelers possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and required documents.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any loss arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the agent.
7. Visa & Documentation
- Visa assistance is provided on a best-effort basis.
- Granting or rejection of visas is solely at the discretion of the respective embassies/consulates.
- The Company shall not be liable for visa rejection, delay, or any resulting losses.
8. Liability & Force Majeure
- The Company acts as an intermediary between service providers and agents and shall not be responsible for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
- The Company is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, pandemics, weather conditions, or any force majeure events.
9. Service Limitations
- The Company reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any part of the itinerary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond control.
- Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
10. Confidentiality & B2B Ethics
- All B2B rates, itineraries, and quotations are confidential and must not be shared with end customers or third parties.
- Any misuse of rates or breach of B2B ethics may lead to immediate termination of business relations.
11. Complaints & Disputes
- Any service-related complaints must be reported during the tour or within 7 days after completion.
- Complaints raised after this period may not be entertained.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City / Country] courts only.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming a booking or making payment, the agent acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
